JP is the co-host and tech nerd for the show. He holds multiple certifications as a professional coach, worked in radio for 10 years of his life, and has toured most of the country as a musician. He also does voiceover work, and is even the voice of a telephone system in the US.
His work on leadership training and bias has landed him in multiple publications, including Forbes.com for his insights into bias.
He loves music, writing, poetry - and all things arts - and plays a fair bit of hockey.
